I've been studying dance and dancing for most of my life and have teached 80s Babies as both of my kids have grown out of their carriers. I love to share it with others and see them be both inspired and find joy in dance-fun.
JENNIFER FELL - LESLIEVILLE
I received my professional dance training at George Brown College and have taught classes for Artist's Play, The Swansea School of Dance, Turning Point Academy, George Brown College and am a Coach at Centre of Gravity Circus. Having toured to Barbados, Dubai, Bahrain, across America and Canada, I'm excited to be home teaching 80s Babies.
What Is It?
80s Babies is a super-fun dance/exercise class for moms and babies. It's a chance for moms to get their groove-on-up and for babies to get-on-down together! We do a warm-up, a strengthening warm-up, WE GROOVE! to simple/demonstrated choreography, then it's a gentle cool-down- all to 80s tunes that are guaranteed to give you goosebumps.

When your baby has good head and neck control they are ready to groove with us. All babies achieve this milestone at different times. However, 6-10 weeks is a good starting place I've found.
Babies of all ages really love class. The music, the colours, the singing, the rhythms, the movement...they love it all. Remember: If you're happy they're happy.
What do I Need?
All you need to bring to class is:
- a baby carrier you are comfortable with
- comfortable athletic shoes
- a water bottle
- athletic clothing- its a workout too!
Missed A Class??
It happpens. Don't worry. You get one make-up class per session. Just come on out to any following session and make up that make-up class.
